| Christmas Candles |

At the beginning of every Advent season, the Danish Ladies Aid (DLA) and the Evangelical Lutheran Women (ELW) hold a joint Christmas meeting, where there are carols, readings, a devotion, and the lighting of the advent wreath. The men are invited to take part. The evening finishes off with a wonderful coffee and dessert table, followed by 'dancing around the Christmas tree', a Scandinavian tradition.
