The Roof Fund

Svend's Roof Song

St. Ansgar's Roof was leaking it was raining in the pews,
The roof was very old; we had to get a new.
Now we don't need raincoats on when Sam is sermoning,
And hymns to God we sing.
Raindrops are no longer falling,

In pews of St. Ansgar's

Instead of raindrops hitting pers, donations hit the roof,
When purpose and a need is clear there now is ample proof,
That people they are generous, imaginative too,
Raise money, knows what do do.
Ten thousand and a half was given,
